To
Create

Pour
the Milk and Cream into a pan and bring to the boil, then
keep on a steady simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.

Take
off the heat and then add the sugar and Vanilla Pod scrapings.

Next,
completely cover the 4 Gelatine Leaves in cold water, when
they have reached a 'Jelly-like' consistency remove them from
the water and squeeze them out.

Next
add them to the now cooling down mixture and stir in slowly.

Finally
pour the mix into Ramekins and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours
